  • Responsible for developing and managing CRER commercial brokerage business.
  • Generate and secure new listings, participate in networking events to expand our reputation in the commercial brokerage market.
  • Develop multi-family, retail, office space and industrial brokerage business by aggressively targeting and prospecting institutions.
  • Research and summarize local real estate market overviews.
  • Increase current client base
  • Ability to work with an experienced team of commercial brokers.
  • Manage listings and existing client relationships
  • Source and cold-call potential new clients..
  • Assist in all facets of the marketing and transaction cycle
  • Evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
  • Abstract legal documents and client quantitative portfolio data as part of the due diligence process
